Because he suffers from Acromegaly, which is related to gigantism, he has the pronounced features (large hands, head) that we associate with Andre the Giant, and they could position him with a nod to him, or something else entirely. Match him up with the right manager, and you've got a big guy with a distinct look who has legit fighting skills. Match him up with Khali, and you've got a team that could square off with Big Show and Mark Henry. He might even be able to protect Khali a little.
