10 Unbelievable Lookalikes That Will Ruin Wrestling For You

7. Jack Swagger Is Thomas F. Wilson

Jack Swagger and Thomas F. Wilson just sort of look like they're thick as mince, bless 'em.

Wilson, who played Biff Tannen in the Back To The Future trilogy and Coach Ben Fredricks on Freaks and Geeks, at least used this fly-catching phrenology to inform his dumbly belligerent or well-intentioned characters. Allowed no such range in WWE, we were asked to receive the miscast Swagger as a technical, super-serious submission-savvy specialist - a Kurt Angle for the PG Era with none of the subverted inspiration.

The problem is that Angle positively owned his inherent goofiness, where the All American American had to suppress it. But it was always there, underneath the surface, undermining everything. And, when he was allowed to unleash it, via the Soaring Eagle, it still felt a bit Diet Angle because it wasn't part of the initial package. It was a checklist of plagiarism.

In Back To The Future Part 1, Biff meets his older self, and tells him how to make his fortune. If Swagger could reverse the course of his life, he'd probably tell himself to do the whole MMA thing first.
