8. The Dudley Boys

With 23 Tag Team Championship reigns to their name, Dudleyville's favourite sons will forever go down in history as one of the most decorated teams in the entire industry.

Bubba Ray Dudley made his ECW debut in October 1995, while D-Von would join six months later; however, the two wouldn't team regularly until 1997. From that point on, The Dudley Boyz made a name for themselves as a true force of tag team wrestling.

The tie-dye tandem also became synonymous with tables over the years that followed, a trait that would follow them into the WWF in 1999. The team would continue to innovate with their feud with Edge & Christian and The Hardy Boyz in 2000, and the combination of each team's preferred weapons led to the invention of the TLC match.

With such impressive accolades, it's shocking that Team 3D aren't already in the Hall of Fame; however, their presence in TNA from 2005 to 2014 made them largely ineligible during that period. Nevertheless, the pair's decade of service in TNA did earn them a TNA Hall of Fame induction on their way out the door in 2014.

With D-Von now working backstage as a WWE producer/agent and Bully Ray recently announcing his retirement from in-ring competition, it seems only a matter of time until they take their rightful place.
