10 Unbelievable Vince McMahon Stories

10. 90 Hour Weeks

Nowadays, it's difficult to imagine McMahon as anything other than the face of WWE - the very definition of the word 'boss' and a notorious micro-manager, Vince still has final say on everything that happens in the company. There's a popular story that every piece of WWE-related merchandise has Vince's handprints on it, such is his dedication to ensuring things are as perfect as they can be. Before becoming the head honcho of the wrestling juggernaut, McMahon's work ethic was still just as strong, no matter what job he was doing. Once working in a quarry crushing rocks, Vince reportedly spent up to 90 hours per week at work, according to his wife Linda. Stories of a less-than-satisfying childhood have come from Vince himself, but he says such a poor start gave him a burning desire to succeed and prove he could be an overwhelming success. Nonetheless, spending 90 hours a week at work is just insane! That's the equivalent of spending almost 4 entire days of the week working, and gives a crucial snapshot into the mindset of McMahon.
