2. Ivory vs. Tori (SummerSlam 1999)
At WrestleMania XV, newcomer Tori looked bumbling and incompetent during her match against Sable. The contest didn't exactly earn rave reviews, but there were hopes that Tori could improve and become a vital part of the female roster. Months later at SummerSlam 1999, Tori was floundering again, showing little improvement over her performance at 'Mania during a match against Ivory. WWE have come in for criticism over the years for not adequately preparing female performers for big matches. Names such as Eva Marie and Jackie Gayda instantly spring to mind, as both looked like fish out of water during bouts on television and Pay-Per-View. Tori was the exact same at SummerSlam '99. Almost everything aside from a splash from the middle turnbuckle was botched. For her part, Ivory tried hard to keep the match flowing and together, but it was an impossible task. Tori simply wasn't up to scratch, and the whole affair was summed up by the bungled finish. Messing up a Sunset Flip, Tori was quickly pinned by her opponent, who looked like she couldn't wait to get out of there.
