10 Underrated Wrestling Partnerships

1. Eddie Guerrero & Chyna

Here we have it, the single most underrated wrestling partnership around.

Pre-Eddie Guerrero, Chyna was always cast as a powerfully self-sufficient woman. She was the bodyguard muscle in D-Generation X, and she was an Intercontinental Champion who proved she could mix it with the boys. That latter alliance with Chris Jericho sucked, but her one with 'Latino Heat' didn't.

It was a crucial part of Eddie's bedding-in period to WWE life, allowed the former WCW star to show some of his natural charisma and let Chyna off the leash as a more thoughtful, less hard-nosed character. Love was in the air, and it came with cries of 'Mamacita', endless bouquets of flowers and some childlike flirting.

Together, Guerrero and Chyna had a charm-filled romance that only ended because she was readying for a push to hype her Playboy pictorial. There's no doubt his time spent wooing the 'Ninth Wonder Of The World' opened WWE's eyes to the performer they had in Eddie.

Eventually, following some personal redemption, they'd let him off the leash too.
