Kalisto is struggling a bit in WWE right now. Since his run with the US Title ended, he’s been pushed back down the card, and doesn’t really have much going for him at the moment. He’s one of the most athletically gifted wrestlers on the roster, but he doesn’t have a lot of opponents who can work his style, often leading to matches you’ve forgotten by the time the night is over.

In Lucha Underground, Kalisto would have great matches awaiting him with Prince Puma, Dragon Azteca Jr., Aerostar, and Drago just to name a few. And from a character standpoint, he’d have more depth than what WWE has given him, which solely consists of pointing at the ceiling and yelling "Lucha" over and over again.

Maybe a couple fans out there would be upset if the Lucha Dragons broke up, but Sin Cara will be okay. He always seems to land on his feet.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
