Yes, a stable from WCW in 2000 gets on the list. Jaws are surely on the floor.

Lance Storm was terrific banter during the dying days of WCW. The way he changed the United States Title to the "Canadian Heavyweight Championship" was fun, and so was conveniently pretending that some American pals were actually from his homeland too. Case in point: New York native Elix Skipper.

'Prime Time' upped the quality of Team Canada in-ring, which was much needed. Smartly, Storm also knew he'd need an iconic name from the past to put eyeballs on his group. Enter one Jim Duggan. The proud American who routinely chanted, "USA! USA! USA!" during his matches for years became an honorary Canadian in late-2000.

This...shouldn't have worked, but it did. Duggan put his all into the role by waving a maple leaf instead of the stars and stripes, and his legendary status in the biz gave the faction some more credibility with older fans. Meanwhile, Storm went about his business as a top, top, top worker.
