10 Most Unusual Wrestling Injuries Ever

1. X-Pac Tears His Anus

Waltman Hospital There really is no nicer way you can put that. During an independent match on a Jerry Lynn Tribute Show, X-Pac went for his trusty Bronco Buster move, but his opponent moved out of the way, and Pac slammed into the turnbuckle. Simple enough, isn't it? Pac thought so, because he finished the match, thinking nothing was wrong. Little did he know that he tore his anus and was bleeding from the open wound. Take a moment to let that sink in. He didn't even notice anything was up until after the show, when he saw the giant pool of blood in his wrestling singlet. He then got in an ambulance, and was transported to the hospital, where he would require an emergency sphincteroplasty. The entire thing reached an entirely new level of weird when his girlfriend took to social media to discuss his recovery, saying that this wasn't the first time something like this has happened to him, which opened the door to questions that, perhaps, we don't want answered. X-Pac, in true X-Pac fashion, pulled no punches by coming out and saying that he was still able to defecate properly, but in the immediate aftermath of surgery, would have to take special steps to keep his wound clean after going to the bathroom. Not only is this one of the strangest injuries in all of wrestling, it has to be one of the strangest injuries, period. Anytime you see an injury that makes people wonder how it's physically possible, you know you have a winner.
