4. Best Friends Spurred On By Trent's Mum

Shout-outs to Trent's mother, Sue, who not only rode Best Friends to the ring in her plain old soccer mom car, but pulled "Greggy" back for a kiss before letting him hit the ring. What a hoot.

While not quite on the same tier as Hangman Page and Kenny Omega's best Tag Team Championship matches, this still ruled. Trent and Chuck upped their games for the biggest bout of their AEW careers to date. This is essential against Omega and Page, who change the mood as soon as they emerge from the tunnel, and it was great to watch Best Friends level up in an excellently-structured, high-effort bout.

FTR emerged with deckchairs and cooler of beers early on. They watched the pace increase with topes before Omega was whipped into a nasty suplex into the barricade and his tag partner, prior to Taylor hitting a particularly brutal Awful Waffle on 'The Best Bout Machine.' Eventually, it boiled down to Page vs. Trent, with the Best Friends' challenge ended via Deadeye and Buckshot Lariat.

Hangman scoring the pin strengthens him after referring to the Tag Titles as "my belts" in their pre-match promo and while the clash could have benefitted from more of the champs' explosive double-team work, it was still a hit.
