2. Bringing Sleaze Back

Bound For Glory marked a very different evening for two men in particular.

On one side of things, Ken Shamrock returned to an Impact ring in a losing effort to Moose after some back and forth smack talk between them in the weeks prior. On the other side though, Joey Ryan made his full-time return to the promotion as a surprise entrant in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Battle Royal, showing off his Dick Flip in the process.

Ryan and Shamrock could create something really special here if given the chance, and it's especially excellent to see 'The World's Most Dangerous Man' sticking around for a while. That may be a hypocritical statement considering the comments made earlier about Rob Van Dam, but at least Shamrock isn't facing someone from the same era as his.

Shamrock was in the ring to put the rest of the roster on notice following his loss to Moose two weeks ago, with Ryan insisting that Ken still had one more mountain to climb, referencing his deadly weapon. After some bickering, a match was agreed for further down the line, but not before Joey very nearly made Ken feel the wrath of the Dick Flip.

A very enjoyable segment here with nothing bad to note.
