10 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Collision (June 24)

7. Andrade Vs. House Of Black Nicely Progresses

AEW Collision Andrade El Idolo Brody King Buddy Matthews

Last week, the returning Andrade El Idolo toppled Buddy Matthews in an absolute war, and this week it was Matthews' House of Black stablemate Brody King who went up against El Idolo. And again, we got another absolute war.

For nearly 13 minutes, Andrade and King beat the utter tar out of one another. Snug doesn't even come close when describing the shots laid in between these two... before Buddy Matthews ran in and attacked El Idolo to cause the DQ.

It wasn't just Matthews who had a presence on Collision, though, for Malakai Black showed up on video wall as Buddy and Brody put a beating on the former La Sombra. Of course, ghis continues to build towards Andrade having to seek out back-up in his burgeoning war with House of Black.

Andrade vs. King itself is more than worthy of an Up. To add extra oomph to this, AEW nicely progressed towards what will surely be a La Facción Ingobernable vs. House of Black rivalry, which would certainly be a welcome way to bring Rush back to AEW programming.
