10 Ups & 4 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Oct 4)
3. All About Tenille
The show-opening three way match between Tenille Dashwood, Madison Rayne, and Kiera Hogan was a fine match for what it was. A bit sloppy in places perhaps, but overall a decent match.
As expected, it was majorly a handicap match with Madison and Kiera uniting for the bulk of the bout, providing a tough challenge for the Knockouts Championship number one contender to fight back against. Nonetheless though, the Aussie did indeed come back into things, taking out the 'Queen Bee' at ringside following some miscommunication between her and Kiera, before downing the 'Girl On Fire' with her Spotlight finisher to pick up her third straight win in Impact.
It was far from the cleanest match of all time, but it still managed to deliver a fantastic bout to start the night's action off in decent fashion. Tenille continued her winning streak as she heads towards Bound For Glory on 20 October to challenge Taya Valkyrie, while Madison and Kiera's frenemies situation continued to unravel - here's hoping we eventually get a conclusion to that story, and it doesn't just drag on and on.
Credit to Tenille by the way, for continuously showing WWE why they made a mistake when they released her in October 2017. At least she's now making a huge name for himself in her post-WWE career.
