Rugged Ronnie Garvin's WWE run reflected the last excesses of Vince McMahon's original charge through the North American scene.

Garvin had backdoored his way into a NWA World Title reign during a panicked period for the group in late 1987, but still only had limited value by the time he made his way to the Titan territory before the end of the decade.

A 1989 feud with Greg Valentine went almost an entire year after this middling effort with Dino Bravo concluded, but the company expecting fans to care about either man - let alone babyface Garvin - after this muted three "effort" was one of the more arrogant exercises in futility that year.
