10 Ups And 11 Downs From WWE Royal Rumble 2020

2. Soooo Looooong

Roman Reigns Baron Corbin

Checking the time on Roman Reigns/King Corbin match produced a legitimate surprise: it was only 21 minutes long.

That’s because it felt like an eternity.

Reigns and Corbin had a Falls Count Anywhere match that thankfully went almost everywhere, as the pair brawled into the outfield of Minute Maid Park and ended on the 3rd base dugout, where Roman speared Corbin for the pin.

But in between, the match just dragged on and on with punching, kicking and slow walking. Yes, the Usos and Robert Roode & Dolph Ziggler got involved for a time, but they only served to break up the monotony for a couple minutes.

The right man won, and he won clearly and cleanly, but good Lord it took forever to get there, and it was a boring affair too.
