10 Ups And 6 Downs From WWE Raw (Nov 18)

1. Rey Makes You Care

Rey Mysterio might be winding down his in-ring career, but he has been churning out some incredibly good promos.

Monday, he hit one out of the park as he addressed Brock Lesnar and the no holds barred stipulation for their Survivor Series match. He asked whether it would be an advantage for Brock, or for him. He noted that Lesnar attacked him and his son, so he would do whatever he needed to get revenge.

Mysterio then observed that old him would have demanded an apology, but Sunday, he wasn’t coming for an apology, he was coming for the WWE Championship.

This feud looked grossly one-sided, and while Brock probably isn’t going to lose his title like this, Mysterio’s quiet rage made you believe he has a serious chance of vanquishing The Beast.
