10 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Jan 4)
5. An Insulting Comparison
Even if youre wearing the rosiest rose-colored glasses ever, there just no way you could agree with JBLs comparison between the League of Nations and the Four Horsemen, or even consider them in the same breath. Sure, JBL qualified his comment a couple times, but given that even impactful WWE creations like Evolution and Nation of Domination were not as great as the Horsemen, mentioning them when talking about a stable that has been around for a month (and mostly jobbed during its existence) is just plain insulting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cp9Mr2bsVs Talk to fans about that when theyve won the Tag Team Championships, beaten up a few guys and took off on a jet full of Divas. Otherwise, the League of Nations is a midcard stable that has a lot to do to prove itself. One win over the Usos does not a monster stable make (though it was refreshing to see the clean victory).
