10 Ups And 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (April 5)

2. Running The Show

Let€™s get this straight: So after disowning his son and putting him in a dangerous match against a deadly opponent €“ all to stop him from gaining control of the company he built €“ Vince McMahon simply handed over temporary control of Monday Night Raw to his son Shane McMahon on a whim?

People have been saying that Vince has lost his mind, but this might be actual proof. Vince was desperate to keep Shane out of power and send him packing, and just as he was leaving, Vince decided he was being upstaged and felt that the best way to get revenge was to give Shane what he originally wanted.

WTF?

How do you even wrap your head around that one? So in 30 seconds, Vince rendered the entire Hell in a Cell match and outcome meaningless (save for the fact that Undertaker can wrestle at WrestleMania again), all on a whim. And people wonder why fans are critical of the product.
