As great as JeriShow was, the pairing of Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens might be magical. That’s why it didn’t even phase when Jeri-KO defeated longtime tag partners Enzo Amore & Big Cass.

Typically, a makeshift tandem defeating a functional tag team is a negative in this column, but when you’ve got a fun, on-the-rise team like Jericho and Owens cheating their way to victory like this, you don’t even flinch. Enzo & Cass fired up the crowd, but fans also were into Jeri-KO’s antics during the match as well.

This is one of those feuds where now the heroes go back to the drawing board and figure out what they need to do differently to overcome. Just a fun match between talented and popular stars that worked well as an opening bout.
