It’s really hard to truly teach someone on charisma; some people have it and some don’t. However, there are also some guys start off with no charisma and eventually become more confident in themselves and become much more charismatic because of it.

The best person to learn from in this case is arguably the most charismatic wrestler of all time, Hulk Hogan.

Similarly to the entry on ring psychology, Hogan knew how to work a crowd and whip them into a frenzy. Everything from his facial expressions to his subtle body movements to his trademark ‘hulking up’ routine was all he needed to excite the crowd and get them to cheer him despite some of his limitations.

Younger wrestlers could learn a lot from Hulk Hogan. He was excellent at getting the audience engaged in his matches and his promos, and he had a certain magnetism to him that made people want to see him. While Hogan’s charisma can’t be replicated, understanding the reasons behind his movements in the ring and what he does to get the crowd excited is very useful.
