The WWE womens division was at its strongest around 2004/05 with the likes of Trish Stratus, Lita, Victoria, Molly Holly, Jazz and Gail Kim. There were so many talented women on the roster it was hard to give everyone their airtime, but when given an opportunity, they all delivered. WWE should approach the womens division the same way they approach the WWE title. They have a core group of main eventers - John Cena, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan & Batista for example who are always in the title picture or the main event. The WWE dont just put anyone in the main event, or hand title shots around making sure everyone gets their fair share. Despite what some may think, they are careful in choosing who should represent the company and be their top guy, and they should replicate that care with the womens division. Paige, AJ Lee, Natalya, Layla and Tamina Snuka are arguably the most talented members on the roster and should factor in this core group of talent. By doing this, they set a standard that the others can strive to and soon the quality should increase with more desire and determination from someone like Nikki or Brie Bella who want to be considered a part of this main event group. Lets face it, theres a fine line between a wrestler and a model and its time WWE stopped mixing the two up.
