The Shield burst onto the scene in explosive fashion in November 2012, establishing themselves as a dominant force not to be reckoned with. Nearly two years later, they are still going strong, hugely over with the fans and all three members are being touted as the future of the company (and will no doubt be future WWE Champions). The Shield added an element of unpredictability to WWEs programming which is something the divas division sorely needs. Outside of Paiges victory over AJ, the division lacks that something which can get the fans talking and the introduction of a heel stable could inject some much needed excitement into the division. WWE could go down a similar route as they did with The Shield and look into their development territory NXT for their stable. NXT currently houses some of the most exciting prospects the WWE has had in a long time and the womens division is no different. Daughter of the legendary Ric Flair and Current NXT Womens Champion Charlotte could be the one to lead this group possibly with Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks as her partners. If WWE introduces the stable in similar fashion to the heel group Nexus - just causing havoc on the show and attacking random wrestlers - they would certainly generate a lot of interest from fans. Combine the storyline with a series of quality matches, then we could be on to a winner.
