He needs to go against someone who can deliver a good match, someone who can really put the shine back on WWE's Sting project. Whoever it is also needs tremendous heel heat, it needs to be someone who the crowd really wants to see get beat. When Sting is the man getting that victory, his stock will raise significantly.
