4. Why On Earth Is Joe Even IN NXT In The First Place?
There's approximately 100 million reasons why Samoa Joe would be better in Bray Wyatt's position in having a feud with Roman Reigns. Putting Joe in NXT is like putting a cobra in a field of mice but taking away its fangs. It's quite possibly the most pointless exercise ever. Imagine Joe being introduced into WWE via a series of vignettes in which he's a tough-talking asshole who says he's beaten up Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Cesaro, Kevin Owens, Neville, Seth Rollins and even John Cena. He also says that it's people like Vince McMahon and Triple H who have held him back. He says that the whole WWE Universe already knows him by one name, and that very soon, one WWE superstar he hates will know that "Joe is gonna kill him." Fast forward to an edition of Raw where Roman Reigns wins a match and from the crowd jumps Samoa Joe who slides into the ring and hits Roman Reigns with a Muscle Buster. He then looks to get ready to choke him out, but he's restrained by security. Joe then cuts a promo in which he says that HE, not Reigns should be the Samoan face of WWE. Follow that up with Renee Young going around backstage and asking all of the superstars that Joe named (including Cena) about Joe's claim to having beaten them. They all (including Cena) say that's true, and they all get why Joe is annoyed, too. From there, the possibilities are endless...
