10 Ways To Make WWE Brand Extension Work

4. Lesnar, Reigns And Cena All On RAW

It is the marquee show, after all. This would be beneficial to Roman Reigns. WWE seem hellbent on making him the face of the company, and having the other two marquee stars alongside him can take the attention away from The Big Dog somewhat. This will allow Reigns to go under the radar and make those crucial improvements that will see him become a bonafide face of the company with far less pressure on his shoulders. We all work better under less pressure... The sponsors of Monday Night RAW probably require all of the biggest stars, or a number of them at the very least, to be present every week. Since this won't be possible due to the nature of the draft, having the three biggest names should cover Vince McMahon's back pretty nicely. As I was saying earlier, SmackDown is going to be pitched as the 'wrestling show' of both brands, so maybe names like Cena, Lesnar and Reigns wouldn't be suited to the weekly grind of tireless bell to bell action - Brock's contract prevents him doing this anyway. These three can deal with the more flamboyant storylines, while the other stars can show off their prowess in the ring on Thursday nights.
