2. Attack Everyone And Shame Him (Kane - WrestleMania XIV)
The history of The Undertaker and Kane is so convoluted by this point that it seems like something written by Vince Russo on his worst day! To try and piece together the story of both characters would require a lot more space than is available here, but the kayfabe brothers have nonetheless been involved in some of the biggest moments in recent WWE history. Making his way into the promotion in October, 1997, Kane interfered in 'Taker's Hell In A Cell match with Shawn Michaels, before rampaging through the company. Paul Bearer, who had turned on his long time associate, aligned himself with this new beast, warning The Undertaker that Kane would destroy everyone around him unless he got what he wanted, a match at WrestleMania XIV. The bout was eventually confirmed, and once Undertaker had vanquished his on-screen family, it seemed like Kane would disappear. Incredibly, the pair would meet again at WrestleMania XX, as The Undertaker was somewhat reborn back into his supernatural, undead state, following a period of time as the 'American Bad Ass'.
