While people may have been coming to see Sting take down the New World Order, WCW's outstanding cruiserweight division was what talked them into the building. These high-flying spectacles were such a joy to watch, as the international flavor that it brought to WCW was without measure. When you consider how poorly WWE treated the division after the WCW buyout, it makes being able to go back and watch it all the more important. Today, the lack of a solid cruiserweight division ultimately means that every match feels the same as the other, with little to no variety. WWE could benefit greatly from bringing back the cruiserweight division, adding some much needed life to its undercard.
