10 Ways Wrestlers Changed Their Appearance Through Surgery
10. Breast Enlargement
It’s natural to start here (or rather not natural given the surgery). There’s an excess of Google searches dedicated towards which female wrestlers have breast implants. There’s numerous female talent who’ve surgically increased the size of their breasts - Alexa Bliss, Carmella, Charlotte Flair, Eva Marie, Nikki Bella and even Chief Brand Officer of WWE Stephanie McMahon have all favourably admitted to it.
In 2015, Chris Jericho had Stephanie on as a guest on his short-lived podcast on the WWE Network. While reminiscing on some memorable moments they shared on television, Stephanie talked about her decision to get breast implants, explaining how she could finally look in the mirror and be happy with her appearance afterwards:
“I was reading all the Twitter comments about ten questions you should ask me and all that kind of stuff and there were a lot of naysayers in terms of my breast enhancement surgery, or augmentation, whatever you want to say. But what had happened was, at one point in time I was heavier and then I had lost some weight and I didn’t like the way I looked and I wasn’t confident in how I looked. And so it was my own personal decision to have that done and I was proud of what I did.”
Stephanie revealed how she’d never been upset by fan signs until she saw one early in her career that implied her breasts sagged, so that spurred her on to undergo the surgery. During the Attitude Era Stephanie even felt confident enough to write her boob job into storylines and segments. Whenever the topic of her boob job came up jokingly during creative, Stephanie pushed for it to be joked about on TV as she felt it would elevate Chris Jericho.
Her enlargements were first acknowledged on Raw Is War in 2001, with Jericho mocking how her chest had noticeably grown in a short amount of time. On the TitanTron, Y2J had a ‘spot the difference’ comparison shot of a less-endowed Stephanie the week before alongside one of her post-surgery. Jericho uttered to the raucous crowd, “It seems like our little billionaire princess sure has grown over the last year! Well, in two specific places at least! Talk about foreign objects — you wanna say let the bodies hit the floor? I would say let the boobies hit the floor!”
Steph was right; Jericho got over huge all thanks to her huge breasts.
