One of the things that command an amazing chunk of the TRP pie in India is reality television. While there are many shows that cater to this market, most of them are shoddy and are anything but real. WWE on the other hand has an excellent track record when it comes to putting out quality reality-based content. With the WWE network having been rolled out and the need for original content being at the top of the list of priorities for the officials, a WWE reality show in India would be a terrific opportunity to both spread awareness of the brand in the region and also build on the existing popularity to go main stream. An Indian version of the Tough Enough seems like a no-brainer wherein the participants from the region tough it out and the winner is guaranteed a developmental contract with the WWE. The show would also help in letting the audience take a peek behind the curtains and bust the many myths that still exist about pro-wrestling in the country.
