10 Ways WWE Can Get Fans To Cheer Roman Reigns

9. Give Him His Own Talk Show

Roman Reigns Shocked
WWE

Several WWE stars have used the talk show segment platform to get themselves over.

It is a company staple stretching all the way back to Piper's Pit. In the ensuing decades, Chris Jericho and The Miz in particular have hosted such segments, which tend to end with the host receiving their comeuppance. In this scenario, the role of host is subverted: since Roman is a massive loser nowadays, this creates scope for him to get one up on and deck his heel opponents without much warning in a neat variation of that classic latter day "WWE babyfaces are actually detestable a*seholes" theme.

Reigns is prone to wearing the tinfoil hat of late, but a full on InfoWars gimmick is a bit too unsubtle, even for WWE. No: Roman's marquee segment must restore the edge of his character while allowing him to rage against injustice. He never changed from his Shield days, did he? Right down to the exact same bloody entrance theme.

Every WWE talk show requires a catchy name, MizTV notwithstanding - so why not pay homage to Roman's go-to "edgy" promo verbiage shortcut and propensity to complain by christening it 'The B*tching Hour'?
