10 Ways WWE Can Guarantee A WrestleMania 32 Sell-Out

6. Ronda Rousey vs Triple H - Intergender Match

This match seems highly unlikely for two reasons. First, under new PG rules male talent getting into physical confrontations with female talent is pretty much outlawed, and second, UFC president Dana White has publicly stated he won't allow it, claiming that Ronda Rousey's appearance at Wrestlemania 31 was "a one and done". To address that second point first, wrestling pundits like Good ol' JR have claimed that White knows how to "play the game", and that his outright refusal that she will compete is simple misdirection, so that Rousey's future UFC appearances won't be overshadowed by constant questions about her WWE status. It's not a bad theory. After all, what does White have to lose by allowing her to appear? Would it tarnish her integrity? No more than appearing in Fast and Furious 7. Would it damage UFC's reputation? Having one of his stars emerge victorious in front of 100,000 people? Regards the gender issue, it's less of a draw to have her face Stephanie, because there's no competition there. Despite a couple of matches on her CV, including a better-than-expected match against Brie at Summerslam, the Billion Dollar Princess would be no match for Rousey - as already demonstrated at WM31. The match would have to be overbooked in order for Steph to avoid a beatdown for ten minutes before the inevitable crushing can begin. HHH, on the other hand, he's the head honcho, ready to ride out to war for his company. He fought the walking embodiment of WCW this year, why not UFC next year? After all what are the WWE saying: Rousey may be one of the baddest fighters on the planet, but she's still not good enough to fight a man? Belay that foolishness, WWE, and make some money.
