7. Have Heels Mention Him On TV

WWE already started this on the latest edition of Monday Night Raw, when Paul Heyman suggested that Sting could be the next contender for Lesnar's title and that it wouldn't need to be billed as a retirement match but Lesnar would retire him anyway. Although this is a simple heat-building device it is also very effective and keeps Sting's name around. Plus, fans will now be speculating whether or not Sting might actually go against Lesnar. The notoriously fickle WWE creative team can always go back to it in months to come if plans change. The more heels mention Sting on WWE TV, the more potential feuds Sting has when he does show up. Even if Sting doesn't get his hands on Lesnar, a Scorpion Death Drop to Heyman would surely get people talking and it would be a huge moment for the currently stagnant product.
