Thanks to the WWE Network, NXT is on fire with great new talent, a different vibe, different writing... hell, just different everything than we're used to seeing on Monday and Friday nights. With a roster that big, why not spruce things up on the main roster by involving NXT more? There are multiple ways this can be achieved: - Think back to the Monday Night War, when the WWF began working with ECW, and we would get the occasional ECW match on Raw. That could happen with NXT, and we could have an NXT match in the middle of an episode of Raw every now and then. - How about when Bo Dallas debuted without actually debuting? It wouldn't take much to have an NXT worker (for example's sake, let's say NXT Champion Adrian Neville) hang around as an ally to a main roster worker and get involved in that main roster worker's feud (tag match, singles match VS his friend's opponent, etc). It's something that could have worked for Xavier Woods had the company not decided to completely bury him within a week or two of him showing up. - Midcarders that don't currently have a set feud going on can easily have matches with NXT workers on Raw and Smackdown. Right now, you have people like Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston, and Mark Henry that could have matches with NXT guys every now and then. Again, it gives you fresh matches, gives people something to do, and provides opportunities for the NXT talent to make names for themselves in front of a bigger audience, who would then be prepared for them when they're officially called up further down the line. On the flipside, the company can continue doing what they're doing and have random main roster workers appear on NXT for one-off matches with people. That adds star power to NXT shows, and the occasional "anything can happen" vibe with some of them showing up unannounced. There are so many match combinations out there that can be played with, really. Since we're still talking about the roster, though...
