10 Ways WWE Can Still Salvage 2019
5. Give The Control Over To The Showrunners
Any time that WWE has managed to pick up a little bit of steam over the last year, it has either been down to the fans insistence on getting a star over (Kofi Kingston and Becky Lynch) or because of a clear change of direction from WWE's new execution directors.
Paul Heyman and Bruce Pritchard (once Eric Bischoff) have been handed over the reigns of the company's biggest entities, Raw and Smackdown. Only they haven't, as they still have to report directly to Vince McMahon.
The boss' fingertips have been all over last minute show changes, the Wildcard rule and even 'The Fiend's recent clusterf*ck at Hell in a Cell. In other words, anything that has fallen on its arse in 2019.
So, if you've got two men dedicated to pumping fresh ideas into two competing shows, why not give them full control over their specified brand?
What's the worst that could happen? Surely, nothing as dreadful as we've already witnessed and who knows, we may even get some breakout stars and a few decent storylines to boot.
