10 Ways WWE Can Still Salvage WrestleMania 36
6. Make Use Of The Amalie Arena
WrestleMania has become more than just one event, as SmackDown, RAW, NXT TakeOver, and the WWE Hall of Fame are all now part of what's known as "WrestleMania weekend." For those events, WWE has access to Tampa's Amalie Arena, so why not still make good use of that?
They still won't be able to have fans attend the shows, but unlike in the Raymond James Stadium, WWE could switch off the lights, and deliver a WrestleMania which doesn't feel too watered down.
Depending on what happens with those other shows, WWE could even combine NXT TakeOver and WrestleMania to make them a two-part super event which plays out over two nights. Given how ridiculously long the latter is, that's actually something fans have been demanding for years now.
Either way, if a stadium show just isn't practical or something the company wants to move forward with, then taking advantage of the Amalie Arena could ultimately be a decent option for WWE. It definitely feels like a better fit than a warehouse too...
