Okay, so celebrity/guest referee spots have been done to death, but it's still an option for Ronda Rousey, and a way to get her on-screen without having her actually wrestle, which she probably can't do due to her UFC contract. This sort of booking would definitely get UFC fans interested, just to see how she'd fare (given refs are often part of the story of a match), and to see if, even briefly, there'd be any confrontation between Rousey and one of the workers.
