7. Stop Selling Punk's Merchandise
Punk claimed on The Art of Wrestling that for a period of time his merchandise was outselling John Cena's. There is obviously some substance to this claim as WWE made a point of agreeing with Punk that they should still be able to sell his collection even though he isn't employed by them. Punk receives a small percentage of each sale as part of the deal. It remains to be seen how big of an income source this is for Punk but WWE could pull the plug on this part of the deal, hurting CM in the pocket. We are presuming WWE have the option to do this as they approached their former champion for this area of the settlement and it's not as if they couldn't give someone else a huge push to make up for the lost sales of Punk's gear.
