In both the Kurt Angle Invitational and upcoming Championship Rumble, pinfalls offered another route to elimination, but it was by more traditional Rumble means that most men found themselves eliminated.

Last year, a grand total of 8 WCPW stars were thrown over the top rope to the floor during the Kurt Angle Invitational; Martin Kirby, El Ligero, Travis Banks, Marty Scurll, EC3, Primate, Rampage and even Drew Galloway were all hurled to ringside, so it'd make sense to be mindful when close to the ropes on April 29 at No Regrets.

The quartet of stars pinned last time also likely had one eye on the ropes, and that only makes the challenge of seeing a knockout blow coming more difficult. Doug Williams, Prince Ameen (who replaced Gabriel Kidd in the match), Joe Coffey and Pete Dunne were all eliminated via pinfall.

Williams is confirmed for the Championship Rumble, and the veteran will be desperate to ensure that he doesn't get caught cold again; being eliminated by pin after lasting 18 minutes must have been disappointing for the man once dubbed 'Mr. Brexit'.
