10 Weakest Links In WWE Right Now

8. Baron Corbin

What saves Baron Corbin from finishing higher up our list is that he's moderately compelling in his current role. Anyone who caught Breaking Ground (the Network's outstanding behind the scenes look at NXT's inner workings) knows the current United States Champion isn't exactly the most likeable guy, and letting him become WWE's version of Biff Tannen highlights his strengths and masks his weaknesses.

Those weaknesses are legion, though. A bland, un-engaging talker, Corbin blurts every single line in the same monotone delivery, regardless of the point he's trying to get across. He's one of the company's least interesting wrestlers, too, struggling to master even the most basic big man tropes, though he does have a handful of flashy moves in his arsenal (the Deep Six and End Of Days are particularly eye-catching).

Baron works best when paired with a smaller, more athletic bump-machine who'll sell their hide off to make him look good, but he can't wrestle Sin Cara and Kalisto every week. He reverts to type when paired with anyone else, yet WWE now seem hell-bent on pushing him as a big deal, despite his complete lack of versatility.
