10 Weakest Links In WWE Right Now

5. Kane

Kane returned to WWE programming for the first time in 10 months in October, tearing through the ring to attack Roman Reigns during a bout with Braun Strowman. He has since turned on the former Wyatt Family man, and the duo will presumably face off on a big feud-settling match somewhere down the line, continuing the theme of Braun overcoming the monsters of the past en route to WWE megastardom.

This isn't an inherently bad idea in isolation, but Kane is a broken performer. Old, out of shape, and well beyond his sell-by date, he should have no place on a mainstream wrestling show in 2017, particularly in such a prominent role. He is hindering Strowman's rise, not accelerating it, and every week Braun spends tussling with this broken monster is a week lost.

Kane's latest push has been nothing short of obnoxious. He was needlessly thrust into TLC's main event, and has since squashed two fan favourites in Finn Bálor and Seth Rollins. There's no upside to this, as he'll inevitably vanish to continue his mayoral campaign once the Strowman feud expires, rendering the damage done to his conquest entirely pointless.
