10 Weirdest Jobs Wrestlers Had Before They Were Stars
8. Becky Lynch: Sandwich Shop, Pizza Chef, Flight Attendant, Stuntwoman
Becky Lynch didn't enjoy the easiest of routes into the land of WWE.
Lynch began her working life as a waitress at 14 years-old, before walking out on the job after refusing to wear the uniform. 'The Man' also worked in a sandwich shop for a while, but didn't get on with her boss and opted to leave the world of bread stuffing behind.
Another attempt to bring home some cash involved her becoming a pizza chef, although she has admitted that her pizza topping abilities "weren't the best."
Lynch also began to work as a wrestler on the independent scene at 15 and continued for a few years, but was tragically forced to step away from the ring in 2006 due to a severe concussion. After this, she went on to follow in her mother's footsteps by becoming a flight attendant with Aer Lingus. Lynch felt that this job eventually helped her handle the insane amount of travel involved in her life as a WWE superstar.
In her time away from wrestling, Lynch also went and got herself a degree in acting and popped up as a stunt double on an episode of Vikings in 2013.
She may have hopped around a lot in the early part of her life, but Lynch's various employments helped shape her and made her realise that wrestling was her one true calling.
