10 Weirdest Jobs Wrestlers Had Before They Were Stars
4. Sin Cara: Funeral Home
Before taking over as Sin Cara on WWE television in the mid-2010's and becoming one half of the Lucha Dragons, Jorge Arias had quite a morbid way of bringing in his money.
As a back-up plan, Arias confessed in an interview with Yahoo! Sports that he studied theology, business administration and also became a funeral director for his family's funeral home.
Arias mentioned how he felt that he needed to be successful in other areas of his life as "you never know what can happen." He also told WhatsUpPub, "For us, it was normal. We used to play hide and seek inside the caskets. It was one of those things that for us was natural because we grew up around it."
With Sin Cara recently being released from WWE in 2019, it looks like the former backstage tearaway has a few career choices to fall back on should he permanently step away from the world of professional wrestling.
However, you can't help but think that WWE missed a trick by not having him battle The Undertaker in a casket match at some point during his run in the company.
