10 Weirdest TNA Main Events Ever

4. Jeff Jarrett vs Julio Dinero & Alexis Laree - Weekly PPV #41

Back to the Weekly PPVs now and this utterly mad combination of people from number 41.

Jeff Jarrett, who (predictably) was NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion at the time, was feuding with Raven and his stable of followers, The Nest. To test the Tennessee native, Raven pitted two of his disciples against Jarrett in his own speciality match - the Clockwork House of Fun.

The rules of this hardcore match are stupidly complicated, so if you want to know more about them, look 'em up.

The two soldiers Raven commanded to go forth were Julio Dinero, a man perhaps best known for his appearance on the infamous Heroes of Wrestling show, and Alexis Laree, who would go on to become one of the most influential female wrestlers of all time under her real name of Mickie James.

Despite his valiant efforts, Double J was beaten by the Nest when Raven ran interference, setting up their title match two weeks later. Everything about this match is weird, especially Dinero being there, but at least TNA can say they had a woman in a pay-per-view main event years before any other major promotion.
