10 Weirdest WWE Odd Couples

5. The Big Show & Vickie Guerrero

The brief tryst between Vickie Guerrero and her latest multi-time former World Champion beau lacked all the dynamism of her former SmackDown power couple relationship with Edge, but it at least helped drag the seven-foot star into the WrestleMania XXV main event. After all, what would that mammoth occasion be without a Big Show?!

Well, just fine, obviously. Cena competing with Edge wasn't exactly the most riveting tale after the years they'd already spent fighting, but 'The Rated-R Superstar's maturation as topliner teased a tantalising battle on top before Show and Guerrero's union was exposed by 'The Champ' to drive a wedge between the top SmackDown heels.

They'd bonded during Vickie's latest plans to destroy The Undertaker - a needless angle that utilised one of The Big Show's 31 career turns to surprise 'The Deadman' despite the fact that a literal corpse could have seen it coming.

Sex was an occasional spike for storylines during the hedonistic Attitude Era, but such tricks felt like intentionally illusory acts a decade later. Though nobody really wanted to acknowledge it, the prevalence of both performers on the show was becoming rather hard to justify - their relationship only hobbled on once the 'Show Of Shows' was comfortably shunted to one side.
