10 Weirdest WWE Odd Couples

6. Jim Duggan & Super Crazy

Jim Duggan's wide-eyed expression during his four-year late-2000s return to WWE was presumably less about the buffoon character he once portrayed and more shock that he was such a fixture on television.

One of several inexplicable comeback runs during a barren time for stars in the company, Duggan floated around aimlessly over the years but maintained a position all the same. It was during this time he paired up with The Sandman (as mad fellas that...both...wielded...big...objects?), but somehow formed a union with Super Crazy that led him to one last shot at the World Tag Team Championships.

HOOOOOO-que?

In what's more of an indictment than advertisement for the era's dropdown menu on the WWE Network, the pair even competed on pay-per-view. A number one contender's Tag Team Turmoil was booked for New Year's Revolution 2007 with a truly tragic field battling for a shot against then-titleholders Rated RKO. Duggan and Crazy fell to The World's Greatest Tag Team (who were The Contest's Best Tag Team, at least) in a match featuring The Highlanders, Cade & Murdoch and eventual winners Cryme Tyme.
