8. Pat Patterson Vs. Sergeant Slaughter 1981 (Alley Fight)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrV4XaCuGP4 We're going old school for this one as Pat Patterson battled Sgt. Slaughter in what was billed as an "Alley Fight" back in 1981. It took place in Madison Square Garden. A match like this would have been called a Street Fight in wrestling today. The match was a wild brawl for any era, but especially in 1981 what they did really made it stand out. Once Patterson sent the heel Slaughter into the ring post, Slaughter emerged a bloody mess in the forehead and the crowd loved it. It was one of the nastiest blade jobs ever. Patterson went on to win after destroying Slaughter with a boot, which led to Slaughter's manager The Grand Wizard throwing in the towel. He didn't just beat him. He destroyed him in one of the craziest matches you'll ever see. It's a match that would be largely forgotten by WWE fans, but to WWE's credit they released it on their "Falls Count Anywhere" DVD a few years back so that those of that weren't old enough to so this match could enjoy it.
