10 Winners And Losers From WWE Elimination Chamber 2018
1. Winner: Braun Strowman
Braun Strowman eliminated The Miz, John Cena, Finn Bálor and Seth Rollins before succumbing to a spear at the hands of Roman Reigns and missing out on a chance to headline WrestleMania.
Or did he?
Strowman followed up his loss by neutering The Big Dog, laying him out with his trademark powerslam before tossing him through one of the pods with reckless abandon. Strowman got his heat back and instantly created a buzz that WWE officials may not be satisfied with the proposed Reigns-Brock Lesnar main event at WrestleMania and the big man may find his way into the bout.
One has to wonder if yet another Triple Threat main event is necessary given the multitude of multi-man bouts that have populated WWE pay-per-view of late. With that said, Strowman's work over the last year has earned him a high-profile spot on the WrestleMania card. His interactions with Reigns and Lesnar over the last 365 days have been integral to the Raw brand product and if there was ever to be a three-way bout at the top of the 'Mania card, it would make sense to insert Strowman in this one.
Especially after another superb, dominant and fan-pleasing performance Sunday.
