10 Women AEW Need To Sign

5. Momo Watanabe

Momo Watanabe is terrifying for a number of reasons, but perhaps the scariest thing about her is her age.

There isn't much written about Watanabe online - she doesn't even have a Wikipedia page - but she is one of the most successful female stars in Japan, currently holding two different championships in Stardom.

Since her debut in 2014, Watanabe has impressed massively in the ring and looks set to become Stardom's next big star, perhaps for decades to come. This is because Watanabe is still just a teenager, with some sites putting her age at 18-years-old.

Watanabe doesn't have much of a presence in the US, but AEW could be a great platform for her in North America. If the company manage to snag Momo from Japan, then they could not only have a top talent on their hands, but also someone to build their women's division around for years to come.

If AEW are looking to commit to their women's division, then building the next generation of stars has to be a top priority.

With a hopefully long career ahead of her, Watanabe has a bright future no matter where she goes. If that future takes her to AEW, then it would surely be a win-win for both of parties.
