Of all the men in wrestling history cursed with terrible gimmick after terrible gimmick, Ed Leslie is perhaps the most unfortunate. Famous for his Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake character in the WWF's golden era, Leslie's gimmicks plummeted in quality after following his real-life friend Hulk Hogan to WCW. He debuted as Brother Bruti, a carbon copy of his WWF persona, but quickly turned heel to become The Butcher. So far so good, but things were about to get ridiculous. First he aligned with Kevin Sullivan and Avalanche (WWF's Earthquake) to form the Three Faces of Fear, renaming himself The Man With No Name - an inexplicable amnesiac. The worst was yet to come. Following the formation of Sullivan's villainous (and ridiculous) Dungeon of Doom stable, Leslie became the mysterious Zodiac, a facepainted figure who could only communicate with the words "yes" and "no". The character was likely to be mysterious and unsettling, but - like much of the Dungeon of Doom stable - instead came across as gimmicky, cheap, and unintentionally humorous. Eventually it was revealed that Zodiac was a babyface all along, a mole used by Hogan to take down the Dungeon from the inside. This revelation allowed Leslie to leave the storyline, and execute his worst image change ever...
