10 Worst Image Changes In WCW History

9. "Mr Hole-In-One" Barry Darsow

Barry Darsow was one of those versatile figures capable of playing a number of widely different roles, and will go down in WWE history as the man behind Demolition's Smash and the dastardly Repo Man. His move to WCW in 1994 saw such gimmicks take a distinctive downturn. Darsow's first character was an acceptable - if uninspiring - heel trucker named The Blacktop Bully. He was pushed in a feud with Dusty Rhodes, but was sacked after Uncensored 1995 for going against the company's no-blading policy (rendering the PPV's title quite ironic). He returned after a couple of years with one of the worst images ever seen. After a brief spell wrestling a fairly bland gimmick under his own name, he suddenly, inexplicably became a villainous golfer. The character would have perhaps been better suited to a pompous, snobbish character - or just not used at all - but certainly didn't mesh well with the macho, brutish Darsow.
